Effective Date: September 7, 2026
The Short Version
These sites and services are mostly AI coded and shared with you for free. Use them respectfully and AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do our best to keep things running, but we make no guarantees. Services coded by AI, such as these, are by their nature riskier to use.

- attentionfeed.com — Our homepage and blog
- auth.attentionfeed.com — Our authentication service
- archivelivedead.attentionfeed.com — A service for finding and streaming Grateful Dead concerts from the Internet Archive

The BusWatch Wear OS app has its own terms, available on the app’s Play Store listing.
By using any of these services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the services.
2. Accounts
Creating an Account
Archive Live Dead and PEPList require an account. When you create one, you agree to:
- Keep your password secure and private
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for data processing consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) — you confirm this when you register
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One Account, Multiple Services
Your AttentionFeed account works across all services requiring authentication. When you log in to Archive Live Dead or PEPList, you authenticate through our central auth service (auth.attentionfeed.com).
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Log in at auth.attentionfeed.com/account to delete your data from an individual service or to delete everything, including your login. When your account is deleted, we:
- Permanently remove your login credentials
- Delete your listening history, preferences, playlists, and all other account data
- Disable public RSS feeds generated from your PEPList playlists
- This action cannot be undone
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in good faith. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure
- Overburden our systems with automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
- Abuse the authentication system (for example, mass registration of accounts)
- Circumvent rate limits or other protective measures
- Use the services for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with other users’ ability to use the services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our services for malicious purposes
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
4. Your Content
What You Own
You own everything you create on our services:
- Your playlists, episode selections, and notes on PEPList
- Your preferences and settings on Archive Live Dead
- Any other content you provide
What You Grant Us
By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your content to operate the services. For example:
- We display your playlist titles and descriptions on your public PEPList feed pages
- We include your episode selections in the RSS feed you generate
- We store your preferences to personalize your Archive Live Dead experience
This license ends when we have deleted your content or your account.
Public Feeds
When you create a playlist on PEPList, it generates an RSS feed with a unique URL. Anyone with that URL can view and subscribe to your playlist. Feed URLs contain close to unguessable identifiers, so playlists are accessible only to people you share the URL with. However, your username is part of every feed URL, and the author name you enter on a playlist is shown to anyone who views or subscribes to it. Notes you write about episodes are visible only to you.
The Archive Live Dead and PEPList services rely on third parties to actually serve the audio, so if they remove content or block access to it, then our services will still point to it but cease being very useful.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
Archive.org Content
Archive Live Dead streams recordings from the Internet Archive (archive.org). We do not own, host, stream, or control this content. These recordings come from the Live Music Archive.
While we help you find the recordings, you stream them directly from the Internet Archive subject to the their Terms of Use.
Podcast Content
PEPList links to podcast episodes hosted by third-party publishers. We do not host, control, or take responsibility for podcast content. We fetch episode metadata (titles, descriptions, audio URLs) from the publishers’ RSS feeds. While we help you find the recordings, you stream them directly from the podcast host and may be subject to their Terms of Use.
Other External Services
Our services integrate with third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (Railway, GitHub Pages, Google Analytics, Resend, Open Library, Podcast Index, and others).
Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of features they power.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Services
The design and branding of AttentionFeed services are our property, and you may not use them without permission.
Your Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:
- Resell or commercially exploit the services
- Reproduce or redistribute our services or any substantial part of them
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
7. Service Availability
These are free projects. We run them because we enjoy building and sharing them. They are mostly AI coded and we provide no uptime or other warranties or guarantees.
- No service is guaranteed to be available at any particular time.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, for any reason.
- Before discontinuing a service that stores user data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and provide a way to export that data.
- We provide no service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Planned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
8. Disclaimers, Liability, and Responsibility
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The law recognizes certain automatic promises (“warranties”) that come with products and services. We disclaim these promises:
- Merchantability — We do not warrant that our services are fit for commercial use.
- Fitness for a particular purpose — We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific needs.
- Accuracy — We strive to display accurate information (concert listings, podcast metadata, book data), but we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
- Uninterrupted service — Services may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttentionFeed and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Inaccurate information from third-party sources
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Since our services are free, this means zero.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply regardless of what these Terms say.
Responsibility for Your Actions
If someone brings a legal claim against us because of something you did — such as violating these Terms, infringing a third party’s rights, or misusing content you created or shared through the services — you agree to cover our reasonable costs and expenses (including legal fees). This does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence or wrongdoing.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of the State of Delaware, United States, govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. If your local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, this section does not take that right away.
Contact us first if you have a concern — most issues resolve through a simple conversation. We can be reached at attnfeed@gmail.com .
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the effective date at the top.
- For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect (for example, via a notice on our homepage or an email to your registered address).
- Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
- If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the services and request deletion of your account.
All previous versions of these Terms are available in the Changelog.

12. Miscellaneous
These are legal housekeeping provisions:
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AttentionFeed regarding the services.
- Severability: If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No Waiver: Failing to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours — but if we do so as part of a corporate transaction (such as a sale or merger), we will notify you and give you the opportunity to delete your account before the transfer takes effect.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms create rights only for you and us.
